Business Policies
1. Payment Policy
1.1 Payment for all services is due in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
1.2 The Company accepts all major credit and debit cards.
1.3 Approved payment plans must be arranged in advance and followed according to the agreed schedule.
1.4 Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
2.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice to cancel or reschedule any service.
2.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of payment or assessment of a cancellation fee.
2.3 If the Company must reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the client.
2.4 All events are subject to change or cancel without notice.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 All sales are final.
3.2 Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
3.3 No refunds will be issued for completed services, assessments, or missed sessions.
3.4 In the event of a cancellation or date change, payments already made in full for the event will be applied as a credit toward a future event scheduled with the Company.
4. Training & Assessment Policy
4.1 Participation in all training, coaching, and assessment services is voluntary.
4.2 DISC assessments and leadership training are provided for educational and developmental purposes only.
4.3 Services do not constitute psychological, medical, or legal advice.
4.4 The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
5. Confidentiality Policy
5.1 All client information, assessments, and related materials are treated as confidential.
5.2 Information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
5.3 Clients are responsible for safeguarding any confidential or proprietary materials provided.
6. Intellectual Property Policy
6.1 All training materials, assessments, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of the Company.
6.2 Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written authorization.
7. Non-Discrimination Policy
7.1 The Company provides services without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
7.2 Equal access to services is maintained across all in-person and online environments.
8. Service Delivery Policy
8.1 Services may be delivered at Company facilities, online, or at client-designated locations, as agreed in advance.
8.2 Availability of services is subject to scheduling and resource availability.
9. Policy Modifications
9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised policies.
