Liliana Gentile is a Hispanic business leader with over 30 years of experience and the Founder and President of Leaderable, a leadership development company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. She is an Organizational Psychologist Specialist, DISC-certified facilitator, coach, Spanish teacher, and entrepreneur, with a passion for guiding others and a strong commitment to community service.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to a Macedonian immigrant and entrepreneurial family, Liliana gained firsthand insight into the challenges of business ownership and the entrepreneurial journey from an early age. As an immigrant and business owner herself, she brings practical experience and empathy to her leadership coaching and training programs.
At Leaderable, Liliana delivers bilingual programs (English and Spanish), focusing on youth and Hispanic professionals seeking to enhance interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and career growth. She helps participants identify their strengths, develop leadership skills, and achieve professional success while guiding entrepreneurs in starting or expanding their businesses.
Committed to giving back, Liliana supports nonprofit organizations that promote education, youth development, and women’s empowerment. Her contributions to the Hispanic community and her professional achievements have earned her awards and recognition from nonprofits, chambers of commerce, and government entities in Illinois, and she has been featured in local and national Hispanic media.
Liliana graduated with honors from Lewis University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health at Trinity Christian College. She previously attended law school at the University of Buenos Aires. A native Spanish speaker, she also speaks Macedonian and Italian.
In her free time, Liliana enjoys traveling, reading, cheering on Argentina in soccer, and spending time with her family.

Anna Weselak is an educator, business leader, and CEO of Weselak & Associates, bringing expertise from education, business, and non-profits to her customized leadership trainings. With a Master’s degree in Education, she has taught students of all ages and led seminars, workshops, and classes for a wide range of organizations, businesses, and agencies.
Anna has over 35 years of experience in community and volunteer leadership, strengthening her skills in interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and effective communication. She has served on numerous boards and professional organizations, including Zonta International (currently District 6 Governor), the National PTA (past president), and the Boy Scouts of America.
Her awards and recognitions include Lombard Woman of the Year, Illinois PTA Leadership Awards, Who’s Who listings, and multiple honors for community service and professional achievement.
Anna is a Certified Group Coach and holds certifications in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Quotient, TriMetrix HD, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She prides herself on delivering highly tailored programs that focus on the needs of each participant, helping clients across the nation achieve leadership and organizational success.

Liza Benson-Dirl serves as an Adjunct Faculty at National Louis University, teaching Leadership, Project Management, and Business Analytics. She brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, procurement, and education, combining real-world expertise with academic knowledge. Liza is passionate about helping individuals identify and develop their leadership skills, empowering them to grow personally and professionally.
With over 15 years in the aggregate industry as a Design Engineer, Plant and Project Engineer, and Purchasing Agent, Liza participated in leadership programs including Dale Carnegie Training and VMC’s Bruno U-a workshop. Her professional experience fueled her interest in leadership theory and its impact on organizational success.
A lifelong learner, Liza holds a B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from The University of Tennessee and an M.S. in Project Management from Lewis University.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, mentoring students, volunteering, traveling, and solving word puzzles and Sudoku.

Phil Foust is a seasoned consultant with over 25 years of experience providing training programs in niche areas of Human Resources, Non-profit Board Development, Fundraising and Special Events, all in the non-profit health and human services sector of the Chicagoland area.
Phil has Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity Christian College and specializes in Corporate Compliance & Risk Management, Provider Recruitment & Contract Management, Provider Credentialing & Privileging, Human Resource Management (training and development, employee relations, management training, and labor relations for both Illinois and Indiana), Board Development, Special Events, and Volunteer Services.
Northwest Indiana’s Calumet Region is home to Phil and his family. With a passion for social justice and community empowerment, Phil’s collaborative management style fosters synergy and celebrates skills and diversity. By equipping individuals with the proper tools and fostering a culture of recognition for individual achievement, Phil helps create lasting impact and thriving communities.
Other areas of interest include exploring culinary delights, travelling with family and friends, and experimenting with amateur landscape design.

Phil Foust - Consultant & Program Trainer
Ivana Sedia, was born in Argentina and moved to the U.S. in 1989. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, and proficient in Macedonian, she has long been passionate about language and cross-cultural understanding.
With a BA in Communications, International Relations and Diplomacy, a minor in Italian, and an MBA in Management, Ivana has worked as a writer for Latino Social Magazine and as a government advisor supporting non-English speaking immigrants. Her experience translating business, corporate, legal, and government documents inspired her to found Unida Translation, a full-service translation company.
In addition to teaching Spanish and Italian, Ivana enjoys sewing, cooking international recipes, taking tango classes with her husband, and balancing life as a proud “mompreneur” to her two children.
